Evening Food Service
Evening catering options are as broad as your imagination at Chiddingstone Castle.
Talk to your appointed caterer for creative inspiration: Travel the globe for original street-food options, gorgeous grazing stations, kebab stalls, cheese and charcuterie boards, bowl food, late night munchies or enjoy watching chef produce pizzas from their own ovens at the party.
Food Vans
External food vans for your evening reception can be delicious, fun and cost effective way to feed a large party. We’re happy to discuss options, though this is subject to our approval as we are committed to maintaining excellent standards of hygiene. There is a supplementary facility fee charged £250+VAT
The Bar
At no additional charge we will set up our bar, built for our White Rose Room, which is adjacent to dancing in the Great Hall.
With the addition of wrought iron furniture on the Raised North Lawn directly outside, you can allow your guests to spill out from the dance floor to enjoy the night sky. Options like these enable us to provide the best evening wedding reception Kent has to offer.
Evening Bar Service
You have two options for your evening bar service:
If you wish to offer a free bar you can supply your own evening drinks. Your caterer will be happy to quote for ‘dry hire’ to cover the cost of staff and glassware.
As for the daytime the evening bar is not subject to any Corkage fees, there is just a one-off drinks handling fee of £100 +VAT for the evening in addition to the £100+VAT wine handling fee for the daytime. We will take delivery and chill your drinks ready to hand over to your caterer.
Evening Pay Bar
Castle Mobile Bar – Brooks Bars will provide a fully stocked pay bar with local cask ales, friendly uniformed Brooks staff, refrigeration, Ice and garnishes.
