Lara Prior-Palmer and Georgie Codd are two remarkable young women who have both gone to extremes to battle their fears and overcome perilous challenges.

Aged 19, Lara travelled to Mongolia to compete in The Mongol Derby, the world’s longest, toughest horse race and emerged as its youngest and first-ever female winner. Despite her surname, Georgie suffers from a chronic fear of fish. Anxious that her phobia could last a lifetime, she decides to quit her job, learn to dive and swim with the biggest fish in the world; the whale shark. Both embarked on quests that tested their courage, determination and will to survive.

Chaired by Cathy Rentzenbrink, author of The Last Act of Love and a Manual for Heartache.
