In their real lives Mary Killen is the renowned Spectator agony aunt and well-known journalist who loves parties; her husband Giles is a talented artist and self-proclaimed natural philosopher rewilding his garden, who finds company a strain. The Diary of Two Nobodies charts a year in their lives; their domestic misunderstandings and exasperations, celebrating their 30 years in a marriage of opposites.
